  Rooster를 처음 알게 되었던 건 재미있게도 일본 방송에서였다. 2005년 당시 난 팝잼을 꼭꼭 챙겨보던 시청자. 가끔 외국 가수들은 일본을 방문하게 되면 팝잼에 나오기도 했는데 루스터도 그 중 하나였음. 처음 본 무대가 Joy Ride 무대. 한번에 꽂혔다. 내가 딱 좋아하는 스타일이라고 생각했음. 그 뒤로 Staring At The Sun으로 더 이름을 알린 것 같은데 뭐 그것도 좋지만 내 스타일은 좀더 활발한 Joy Ride나 Come Get Some.

  어디서 많이 들어본 듯한 음악이라서 불평하는 사람들도 있는데, 난 그런 느낌이 되게 좋았다. 딱 듣자마자 귀에 들어와서. 보컬 목소리가 굉장히 매력적이다; 살짝 허스키한 느낌도 나면서 아무튼 쏙 빨려들어가는 느낌. 2005년에 1집을 냈는데 2집 소식은 아직 없다. 2집도 궁금한데... 3년 째 되는 2008년이니까 올해는 소식이 좀 있으려나.
